As our future HRBP… … You'll be at the forefront of supporting our managers and employees across various HR functions. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in multiple aspects of HR while contributing to the growth and success of our organization. Your key responsibilities will include…: Recruitment and Talent Acquisition * Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from identifying hiring needs to successful onboarding * Create compelling job advertisements that attract top talent * Conduct interviews and assess candidates * Prepare and extend job offers to successful applicants Data Analysis and Reporting * Ensure the quality and integrity of HR datas and KPIs * Take ownership of monthly internal and external reporting responsibilities Learning and Development * Create and budget the company's training plan * Organize and coordinate internal, external, and e-learning training programs * Support managers in performance and career management processes, including annual appraisals and individual development plans HRIS Management * Support the development and implementation of our new HRIS tool. * Manage user accounts within our actual HRIS systems. Project Management * Assist in the preparation and execution of Psychological Risk Assessments and Company surveys * Coordinate Young Talent Pool program activities * Lead the Campus Committee Continuous Improvement * Identify and implement improvements to HR processes * Support the HR Manager in additional strategic initiatives

Ihr Profil:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred * Minimum one year of human resource management experience, including internships * Fluent in English and French; German language skills are a plus * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities * Ability to maintain integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality * Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Power BI is a significant advantage You want to become part of our team ?
