Our HQ location Karlsruhe in Germany is looking for a highly motivated and results driven VIE TCS* ANALYSIS & CUSTOMER REPORTING to join our team! * Total Customer Satisfaction Responsibilities: *Preparation of the monthly business indicator reporting, tracking and analysis of the results and preparation of the necessary presentations. *Preparation and delivery of indicators for other evaluations such as Plant Ranking. *Consolidation and evaluation of the Strategic Plan and BUDGET indicators and preparation of the necessary presentation(s). *Consolidate KPIs in the Total Customer Satisfaction department on a global level. *Support within the framework of the plan for setting the plant targets for the individual indicators and subsequent creation of the "Plant Corporate Objectives" for the plants *Support HSE Activities in Karlsruhe office, taking care of the training of newcomers, safety information, and issues inside of the location. * General site duties such as inventory of the Quality Department. * Communication within the TCS department. Organization and design of the SharePoint. * Support and assist Quality team in presentations and meeting preparations. * Organize Quality events, workshops and similar within the TCS & Quality department

Ihr Profil:

*Master's degree in quality. *Ideally a professional experience in Quality or HSE. *Data analysis oriented, accuracy with numbers, agility with digital tools. *Knowledge of standards IATF 16949 /14001/50001/ VDA6.3
