VIE - JUNIOR LEGAL COUNSEL BELGIUM
Main responsibilities:
* Provide legal support (legal added value) such as legal advice and reviewing and drafting agreements, identify legal risks in projects and identify possible solutions ;
* Join internal business meetings and, when appropriate, negotiation with third parties ;
* Stay up-to-date on regulatory and law changes ;
* Identify, develop and deliver legal trainings to the business ;
* Collaborate with other Legal team members and exchange on best practices ;
* Manage litigations and monitor law firm costs ;
* Draft reports on legal cases to management ;

Education :

* You possess a Law degree in French law, preferably with distinction

Key competencies and skills:

* You are fluent in both written and spoken English and French. Fluency in Dutch will be an asset.
* You are a team player, proactive and have excellent communication skills and you are eager to learn and to become familiar with international industrial environment with focus on innovation to boost sustainability
* Experience in working with a law firm or in a legal advisory role in an international organization in the area pof Commercial, Sales, investments, Joint-VentureC contracts.
* Experience in drafting commercial agreements for customers or suppliers or clients who are internationally active.
* You are eager to learn and to develop new legal reflexes
