About the Job As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing a specific account within the pharmaceutical sector. Together with your team, you will work on exciting projects in Life Sciences. Capgemini Engineering: Get The Future You Want In this role, you will be responsible for: ° Develops overall market share, generates leads through active prospection, detecting opportunities; ° Promotes and sells key offers with the support of Subject Matter Experts; ° Detects, selects, prioritizes and manages major opportunities to focus on; ° Ensures client satisfaction and client intimacy, performing client power/influence mapping; ° Identifies & summarizes client needs in terms of resources to power the Strategic Resource Planning; ° Manages the relationship with the client (contract, purchase order, cash collection); ° Collaborates with the internal stakeholders on the business transformation of the account while improving the footprint of Capgemini Engineering in both the contingency and consultancy services business; Success in this role often comes down to: ° Strong communication skills: You can convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively. ° Teamwork: You excel at collaborating and building meaningful relationships. ° Organizational talent: You maintain oversight and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. ° Problem-solving ability: You think creatively and tackle challenges proactively. Ihr Profil:

At Capgemini Engineering, we're looking for someone who: ° Has a passion for Life Sciences and the Pharmaceutical environment. ° You hold a Master's degree in biochemistry or a degree in bio-engineering. ° Brings minimum 2years of experience in the field of consulting and/or the service business development in the life sciences industry (preferably as a Sales Account Manager or Business Manager). ° Language Skills: Fluent in French and English. ° Is customer centric and know how to work with demanding business stakeholders. ° Apply a structured and straight-forward approach to high-tech & complex projects. ° Has a business drive, and demonstrates strong interpersonal and business management skills. ° You value business growth and people development
