A large-scale international project of organizing the rai...
Management of the exhibition and its support by marketing activities performed on the international level helped me acquire the essential organizational skills and deep understanding of the underlying processes behind strategically thoughtful involvement in large scale events. Conducting an internship in this area requires the application of diligence, creativity, knowledge in organization and management along with marketing and advertising skills, develops stress tolerance, and helps you acquire the understanding of standards and regulations on the nternational scale crucial in any business.
Experience and great addition to CV
Work on real business case from the beginning of the internship gave me massive charge of professional experience. Driven by interest and responsibility for my part of projects, I was motivated to learn by doing as efficiently as possible. Seniors were always ready to help and redirect to a more efficient path of task solving, and that openness of them allowed me to grasp hitherto unknown methodics of financial model improvement, presentation structuring, collaboration with colleagues, and many other kinds of professional tasks accomplishment.
Good experience for those who would like to work in science
During the time I spent in the laboratory, I was able to learn not only many different synthetic procedures, but also how to communicate in the scientific community. Through participation in laboratory and institute seminars, I learned how a scientist should present his scientific results. I also learned how to work with the scientific literature and what databases a chemist should use for successful synthetic work.
